Colleges looking for a big frame to develop into an offensive tackle have found their way to Brookfield Central's 6'7, 240-pound junior Luke Rasmussen, who reported to Scout this week that he now has offers from North Dakota, Illinois State, Ball State, and Western Michigan, who offered on Thursday.
"I think Ball State is a very good school academically and athletically," Rasmussen said. "I will check with my parents to see when I can get a visit down there in this summer. I would love to see their campus and football facilities."
The Broncos of WMU are the newest offer. Because it just happened, he does not have a set visit plan yet, but Rasmussen hopes to make it Kalamazoo.
"I think I might [visit]. They invited me to a gathering out there this weekend that I will talk about with my parents."
As for summer camps, Rasmussen said, "I do not have a set schedule quite yet."
He is also hearing from Wisconsin, Iowa State, Minnesota, Northwestern and more.
