Darian Dailey (Bradenton, Fla./Manatee) is a speedy cornerback prospect from the Sunshine State. He just got finished from camping at Florida State.
“I ran 4.4 [forty] both times and had a good broad jump [10’2”],” Dailey said. “I think I did really well, especially in the testing and one on ones. I know I am on their radar. I sure hope they offer me.”
Dailey, 5-foot-11 and 177-pounds, is being recruited by FSU. He also is getting interest from other schools like Rutgers, Iowa State, Florida International and Western Kentucky.
“I do have some offers from schools like Ball State, Tulane, Bowling Green, Toledo and Liberty,” Dailey said. “These are all very good schools. I would just like to land some bigger offers.”
Dailey is now off to camp with the Green Wave and then it’s back home to continue his off-season workouts and fine tuning his game.
“I do have some speed,” Dailey said. “I can recover well and can break on the ball. But to be honest, I just want to get better at everything.”
