Getting his first Big Ten offer has Cincinnati (Ohio) defensive lineman Nick Carovillano excited…
Carovillano Camps at Indiana
6-foot-4, 240 pound rising senior Nick Carovillano spend June hitting the road and attending some camps. The defensive tackle says that his experience at one school definitely stood out. "My camps went pretty well. I did okay at Ohio State and Louisville, but my best performance was at Indiana. I was very quick in the agility drills and won almost every pass-rush drill." While in Bloomington, Carovillano got a chance to talk with members of the Hoosier staff. "Coach Fabris and I talked a lot. We discussed the possibility of an offer. He said there is a strong chance. He just needs to talk with all of the defensive coaches and Coach Wilson." The rising senior also holds offers from Akron, Boston College, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Florida Atlantic, Kent State, Miami (OH), and Purdue. He says that the ACC school currently stands out. "Boston College is probably my favorite, but I still need to check out other schools like Purdue. Indiana is also one of my favorites." Carovillano hopes to make his decision by the beginning of football season. Stay with FOX Sports NEXT for the latest on Carovillano and the rest of the Class of 2014.
