The 2013 class is very deep but the 2014 class may be even deeper in Arizona

Quarterbacks

1. Kyle Allen – Desert Mountain
2. Luke Rubenzer – Saguaro
3. Josh Eckley – Marcos de Niza
4. Zach Werlinger – Basha
5. Devon Palomino – Deer Valley
6. Bryce Perkins (JR) – Chandler
7. Brian Lewerke (JR) – Pinnacle
8. Andy Cota – Salpointe
9. Emanuel Gant (JR) – Tempe
10. Tarek Morrison (JR) – Desert Ridge

Small School Sensation- Nick Henderson – Joy Christian- Hard to argue with his productivity 50 TDs to just 2 INTs is impressive no matter what level you play at.

Riser- Brian Lewerke (JR) – Pinnacle. Has a Pac 12 offer despite not starting a varsity game. Based on that alone, one could argue he could be in the #3 spot now.

Up and Comer- Emanuel Gant (JR) – Tempe- I really like what he did last year. Once he cuts down on INTs, watch out.

Sleeper- Sean Paul Brophy (JR) – Split time last year but now the job is his and he has a super dangerous receiving group to get the ball to. He could put up big numbers this year.

Athletes at QB- Josh Eckley at Marcos, Bryce Perkins at Chandler, Kordell Provchy at Westview, T.J. Widner at Valley Christian and Archie Rice at Agua Fria. They all may end up playing another position in college but there is no denying they will be one of the most talented players on the field each and every Friday night.

Little Giants- Jordan Gungl at Apollo and Antonio Hinojosa at Mt. Pointe. Neither has prototypical size but both had huge junior seasons.
