Another top prospect out of Woodward Academy in College Park, Ga. has decided to head west and attend Stanford.
“I have committed to Stanford and I chose it over Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech,” said Arrington Farrar. “Academics is the biggest reason I chose Stanford, but I like how they win a lot of football games there too.”
Farrar is a versatile athlete who could play safety or outside linebacker on the next level. He is a 6-foot-1, 200 pound junior, so he is committing almost a year and a half early. He is firm with his decision.
Scout ranks Farrar as the No. 20 outside linebacker in the country.
Look for a video interview with Farrar in the near future where he will go more in-depth about his commitment to the Cardinal.
