Each team brings talent to the field as three Scout.com four-star prospects will suit up on Thursday night.

Prospects to Watch

THURGOOD MARSHALL

CB/RB Vayante Copeland - SR (5’11, 180): The Michigan State pledge is having a great senior year on both sides of the field as he's the teams leading rusher.  While Copeland will get his touches on offense, on defense is where he can change the game as he's capable of taking an interception back for a score at any time.

DE Landon Brazile - SR (6’6, 225): In his first year of playing high school football, Brazile has made an impact early with four sacks.  A University of Cincinnati pledge, Brazile is still a name many college programs are looking at and several are expected to be at this game to see him for the first time in pads.

S  Deangelo Martin - SR (6’2, 180): Martin has been working on getting things in order academically, but is a prospect to watch with his long frame and athletic ability.  This game could provide him the chance to show college coaches his skill set and set him on a path to the next level.

WINTON WOODS

DT Daniel Cage SR (6’2, 295): A force inside, Cage opens things up for linebackers to make plays as he takes on double-teams.  Right now it looks like Cage has narrowed his recruiting down to Michigan State and Louisville, however, Ohio State did catch him in action last weekend and there is talk the Buckeyes could be joining the party.

DB Mike Edwards (5’11, 175): The Kentucky pledge has come back strong after a Week One injury and will be needed more for his run support than his ability to cover.

OL George Brown (6’6, 260): This will be the second time we've seen Brown this season and we expect him to show great improvement staying away from costly penalities that hurt his team the first time around.  There is no mistaking the talent is there, now is the time for Brown to show why so many college programs jumped on early in the process.

OL Noah Listermann (6’7, 270): Having just earned his first scholarship offer from Cincinnati, Listermann is a player who will be receiving more attention in the rest of this season.  Built with a great frame, Listermann must improve his technique but should be considered a high level recruit.

LB David Long (6’0, 215): The junior is starting to get a lot of attention as he leads the team in tackles so far this fall.  Indiana is a program showing early interest and we fully expect Long to be a major playmaker in this game.
