Willis Banking on Senior Success

Joseph Willis prepped at Neshoba Central in Philadelphia, Mississippi for three seasons before making the move to Madison Central prior to the beginning of the 2013 football season. Now the Jaguars' starter behind center, Willis is making the adjustment to 6A football and leading his team into district play.

Joseph Willis profile "It has been a pretty big change for me going to 6A," said Willis of his move. "Everybody we play is a lot deeper and they have more talent on the field than I am used to. "My offensive coordinator was new this year too, so I think that helped with the transition. "We both kind of got to make the adjustment together."
