Houston Sparkman took a trip to Buffalo last weekend to see the Bulls' campus and meet with some of the coaching staff. The junior came away impressed.

Houston Sparkman is one of the up-and-coming young linemen in Kentucky. The junior center was invited up to Buffalo to see the Bulls and visit the campus. The visit went well.

"The Buffalo visit went great," said Sparkman. "I liked the school a lot. I like the fact that it's on the up-rise and it's very good in academics."

Sparkman felt good about that product on the field and what Head Coach Jeff Quinn is working towards.

"The facilities are pretty nice from what I saw. They seem to be going in the right direction. I really like that about them," he said.

Sparkman was unable to spend a lot time with the coaches, but he enjoyed hearing from Coach Quinn prior to the game.

"I didn't to spend a lot of time talking to the coaches because of the game. But the head coach took his time before kickoff to sell us on the school. I thought that was really cool. They said they were glad to see that I made it," he finished.

Sparkman will also be taking trips to Ball State on October 12 and Missouri on October 19th.
