Gilbert Johnson (6'3/195) is a wide receiver from Homestead High School in Homestead, Fla. He is committed to play college football for the Georgia Bulldogs. Here is a look at him in action against Miami Central including a circus catch that should have been ruled a touchdown.

5-Star wide receiver Ermon Lane (Florida) gets most of the attention at Homestead High School in Homestead, Fla., but Georgia commitment Gilbert Johnson (6'3/195) can play a little bit too.

Johnson is a long, lean and fast receiver who has excellent body control and a bright future ahead of him.

In Homestead's game against the No. 3 ranked Miami Central Rockets two week ago, Johnson made a spectacular catch  then watched in dismay as the referee half-heartedly called him out of bounds.

Take a look for yourself and decide if Johnson was out of bounds, and just how sure was the ref who made the call? Johnson also added a long catch down the sidelines and showed that he's more than just an outside threat as he caught a tough ball in traffic.
