Carmel Catholic has a very intriguing prospect in 6-foot-7 sophomore Sean Foster, a talented offensive tackle who had an opportunity to visit Purdue on Saturday.
"It went great actually," he said. "It was really fun and great to meet all the coaches. The coaches were real impressed with how big I was and the length of my arms and the size of my hands."
Foster's sophomore film has started to make the rounds and the Boilers had a chance to see it, providing him with positive feedback on it.
"They said they watched my film and they were very impressed with what they saw. They said I can move very easily and I can bend."
And in turn, Foster was impressed with them.
"I loved all of them. They were great. They were great people. They seemed very outgoing and knew how to relate to the players. When they talked to me, they were very eye to eye and very engaged with me."
Foster, who has heard from several other programs, is looking to visit another Big Ten school soon.
"We're going to Illinois on the 30th."
With his season over, he is now putting his full concentration into making himself into an even better player and prospect.
"My goal is to put on 20-30 pounds of muscle. I'm working to get a lot stronger and get my forty time to under 5.0"
