Beaumont (Texas) Ozen junior running back Rodney Randle played a large role in the Panthers' offense this season, garnering attention from a few programs, including Texas A&M, Kentucky, and Tulsa.
Recently, the 5-foot-9, 175-pounder took a visit to Tulsa's campus; he's also made plans to head to Northwestern State's Junior Day.
While Randle's options are still very open, he did grow up a fan of a particular in-state program: the Texas Longhorns.
"Jamaal Charles grew up in my church and we have a good relationship. I just like UT," he said.
Randle, who also reps #25 on the field, says that the Kansas City Chiefs running back has offered him some advice, specifically "don't give up."
