Castner making the rounds
Junior quarterback Kyle Castner of Indianapolis (Ind.) Ben Davis could be closing in on a couple of offers. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound signal-caller took recent visits to Vanderbilt and Indiana. "They (Vanderbilt) seem very interested," Castner said. "They want to see me throw at Ben Davis after the season. It's moving in a very positive direction." "I really liked Vanderbilt," Castner added. "The people there are great and it seems like a really great place to be. It's also an awesome school." Caster said his relationship with Indiana continued to grow during his visit. "I didn't get a chance to speak with the coaches very much, but I know they're interested," he said. "I really like Indiana." Iowa and Cincinnati remain in the hunt as programs recruiting Castner hard. Caster will visit Notre Dame this weekend, and he'll visit Cincinnati for the Bearcats' last game of the season in two weeks.
