Austin Hearing from BCS School
6-foot-1, 175 pound junior Jalen Austin has just finished up his junior season at Bishop Hartley (Ohio). "My season went very good. My team made it to State and I had a good junior season," said Austin. As the season went on, the cornerback was able to play multiple positions on the field. "I definitely got more aggressive this season. As I moved to outside linebacker, I was able to be more physical than safety," said the junior. As for his future, Austin has been hearing from a couple schools, but says one stands out. "My recruitment is going good. I'm receiving the most letters from Cincinnati. I'm very interested in them. I'm looking forward to sending my highlight tape to them," said Austin. Austin is still learning about the Bearcats, but says what he does know he likes. "I don't know too much about them yet. I just know that they're a good program academically and athletic-wise," said Austin. The junior is hoping to make his way on campus soon. "I'm not able to visit until I take my ACT. So, I'm planning on taking that soon," said Austin. Stay with Scout for the latest on Austin and the rest of the Class of 2015.
