Look at the Scout300 defensive back from North Forney...

Armani Watts, a 5-foot-11, 185-pound defensive back from North Forney (Texas) High is already verbally committed to Texas A&M.

He earned All-Midlands, All-State and All-District honors after a strong senior performance where he racked up 64 tackles and nine interceptions. He also racked up over 700 yards on offense and scored 11 times.

Eval - Watts came in to his own as a senior. Maybe the most dangerous player in a district that ended up being tougher than expected. He starred on both sides of the ball. It is hard to project what position fits him best on the next level, but he could play corner or safety. He is built more like a corner, compact and powerful. He shows tremendous concentration while tracking balls in the air. A bit of a ball hawk. Once his radar is locked onto the ball he will find a way go get it. Will deliver a hit, does not shy away from contact at all. Forty time is questioned, but he plays fast.
