The week in San Antonio is now complete and it certainly was very productive for the Ohio State…
Jennings Selects Pitt
Erial (N.J.) Timber Creek receiver Adonis Jennings, who was one time committed to Rutgers, will continue his college career in the ACC. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Jennings announced moments ago he is committed Pittsburgh during the third quarter of the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl. "I'm going to Pitt," he said. "When I took my visit there I loved the city of Pittsburgh, loved the offense. I feel like that's a place I want to live for four years or more." Jennings was also considering Iowa and Arkansas, but said his comfort level with Pittsburgh made it an easy decision. "The coaching staff, the football, itself, the university …I just like everything about Pitt," Jennings said. "I think I'm a hard worker, and I'm going to compete and I'm going to give it my all. I'm a play-maker and in crunch time, get the ball in my hands and I'm going to do something when you give it to me." Jennings had a big senior season in helping the Chargers to the South Jersey Group V state title game. He had 63 receptions for 1,147 yards and 12 touchdowns. "It's been a long process, but I'm fortunate because a lot of kids don't have this opportunity," Jennings said. "I think I'm going to make a major impact because I'm competitive and I feel as if I'm going to be physically ready when I come in. "I just have to get the mental part down I'm there."
