As of Wednesday night, that has changed.
"I am no longer visiting Ole Miss and they are out of it now," said Green. "I am only visiting Georgia and South Carolina. I will sign with one of those schools."
Green, a four-star corner out of Lithonia (Ga.) M.L.K. has his first official visit this weekend. It will be to South Carolina. He then has a weekend off before visiting Georgia the weekend of January 31.
The Gamecocks may have the edge right now. He is a former South Carolina commitment and there is some changeover going on at UGA - All on the defensive side of the ball.
With that said, Green still likes the Dawgs.
"Georgia has a great program and I know they can do a lot for me during and after college. I really like Coach [Mark] Richt too, so Georgia is a school I am thinking about."
For UGA to win out here, it will not only have to beat the Carolina coaches for Green, but Bryson Allen-Williams is working the talented corner as well.
Allen-Williams lives right down the road from Green, the two know each other well, and the pair will be together this weekend in Columbia, S.C.
Green knows he has a big decision to make.
"I am not sure when I will know what school I want to go to," said Green. "I have a good relationship with South Carolina, I like their defense, and I think I could play early there."
Look for the No. 21 corner in the country to make his decision the week of signing day.
