Bellevue (Wash.) four-star safety Budda Baker decommitted from Oregon on Friday, he announced via his Twitter.
"I have decommited from Oregon and decided to reopen my recruitment. Coach H (Marl Helfrich) and the Ducks are a great program just not the right program for me," said Baker on Twitter.
Baker committed to the Ducks in December, and was going to play receiver for Oregon.
At the time of his verbal, he was scheduled to visit Washington, UCLA and USC in the month of January.
According to KJR's Dave "Softy" Mahler, Baker is visiting Washington this weekend.
Sources at Bellevue have said he will also visit UCLA and USC this month, though Baker hasn't confirmed that.
Baker, the top prospect in the Northwest in the 2014 class, was a U.S. Army All-American and the No. 4 ranked safety nationally.
