Duncan, 6-foot-6, 300-pounds, has decided to turn down those offers, and will instead enroll at Cincinnati next fall and join the team as a walk-on.
"I was originally going to go to Urbana, but the opportunity to walk on at Cincinnati and be a part of that program was too great to turn down," Duncan stated. "I loved it every time I visited and loved the coaching staff. It's only 45 minutes from home, so it's the perfect spot for me."
"I'm looking to get started right now on their workout program, and try to show them I can be a player for them down the road," he added. "They think I can be a contributor in a couple of years after a lot of hard work, and that's exactly what I intend to do."
Duncan originally played at Kettering Alter prior to transferring to Fairmont before his senior season.
