Oak Creek (Wisc.) class of 2015 safety Elijah Strong discusses Badger junior day and where he plans on going next.

Oak Creek safety Elijah Strong (6'0, 170) is a junior receiving a lot of attention from colleges including his home-state Badgers. He says Saturday's trip to Madison for their junior day was a good one.

"I loved it," he said. "It is a beautiful place, the coaches are personable and nice and I got to know them a lot better. I talked with Coach Strickland a lot."

During that conversation, Strong was able to get a better feel for where the process will head over the next few months.

"He said he was very interested in the film from what saw and he got to come out to one of our games last year and was also interested in that. Other than that, they want to get me out for spring practice and the spring game and go from there."

Currently, Strong does not have any offers, but there are plenty of other schools keeping in contact and he has more visits on the ledger.

"Next week, I have Illinois and I am planing on visiting Northwestern, but I'm not sure when. I've gotten interest from Northern Illinois, Iowa State, and Ball State as well."

To date, he has camps planned at Wisconsin, Michigan State, Northern Illinois and Iowa State.
