"Central Michigan and Western Michigan kind of did it at the same time," he said. "To be honest it's a blessing. I didn't really expect it to pick up as fast as it has the past couple days. I'm looking forward to the opportunity."
Peggs says he visited Central Michigan for junior day and heads to Western next Saturday for their junior day event.
He will also look to stay in contact with other programs.
"I haven't been to any other junior days, but I've been talking to Michigan State a little bit. The Illinois head coach came up to the school. Stanford came up to the school and asked for transcripts and I'm hearing from Missouri too."
With his size (6'0, 180), Peggs could play safety too at the next level but says all the schools recruiting him are planning on playing him at corner.
He is not certain which camps he will attend this summer yet.
