With the loss of quarterback Chad President
due to injury in early 2013, Temple (Texas) running back Jeff Carr
became a predominant part of the Wildcats' offense.
Now, the 5-foot-9, 170-pound running back is starting to hear from a few programs.
"I haven't planned out any camps yet, but I'm hearing from a few schools, like Purdue, Baylor, Houston, Utah State, and Washington State," said Carr.
The prospect finished his junior year with 1633 yards and eighteen touchdowns.
He's previously named his elusiveness and quickness as his greatest talents at the position, and Carr is still working to improve on the field.
"I'm in track right now; I run the 4 x 200m relay, 4 x 100m relay, and the 100m relay. I'm just trying to get faster and stay in shape," he said.
Carr and the Wildcats will begin spring football in April.
