Two Trips Set for Horne
After a successful season on both sides of the ball, Houston (Tex.) Westside all-purpose lineman Ethan Horne is starting to get more activity going in the recruiting process. And though he has yet to pull in that all-too-important first offer, it seems as though one could be happening sooner than later. He has a couple of upcoming trips that has him excited. "I will be going to Louisville for junior day and I am probably going to Baylor too," Horne informed Scout.com. To date, the 6-foot-3, 285-pound Horne has already taken a trip to SMU. Now it is time to see a few more. The Baylor trip will be on March 22 while he is set to be in Louisville on April 5. This past season, Horne played on both side of the ball as an interior lineman. On defense, he finished with 30 tackles and five sacks. Most of the programs recruiting him would like for him to stay on the defensive side, but the Louisville coaches like him as an offensive guard. "The coaches like the physical play I bring to the line," Horne said.
