The Dallas suburb of Sachse has seen almost a dozen offers from Tuesday afternoon to mid-afternoon Friday.
Duvernay has four new offers since Tuesday, when he picked up an offer from TCU. Wednesday brought him an offer from Wisconsin, which also offered Ozigbo and Mayden. Oklahoma offered Duvernay on Thursday before San Diego State offered him Friday. The Aztecs also offered Ozigbo and Mayden.
Duvernay had a breakout sophomore season in 2013, when he caught 41 passes for 738 yards and 11 touchdowns, leading an 11-1 Sachse squad in receiving yards and tying for the team lead in touchdown receptions. He also ran for 218 yards and two scores on only 20 carries.
Speed is the first thing that jumps out at you when examining Duvernay's game. He's a home-run threat whenever he touches the ball. Duvernay also possesses an agility that makes him bad news in space. He accelerates quickly and gets to top speed in a hurry.
A couple of his most impressive highlights are kickoff return touchdowns, so Duvernay should also be considered a serious special teams threat in addition to his qualities as a receiver recruit.
