Quarterback Quentin Dormady checks in at 6-foot-3, 180-pounds and was one of many prospects that had a chance to visit the new Longhorn staff recently as Texas concluded spring practice this past Saturday. Dormady was with his dad in Austin.
"My experience was good at the spring game," Quentin Dormady said. "They looked good in parts and bad in parts. The coaching staff will get it done right."
Dormady is starting to build a relationship with offensive coordinator Shaun Watson.
"I didn't really hang out with any (recruits)," Dormady said. "Coach Watson said he is going to come and see me throw and just generally talk to me about football. The best part of the trip was getting to watch game situations and see how they reacted. They are up on my list and we will see how everything unfolds within the next month."
