It's not often that a rising junior in Mississippi has racked up 91 catches for 1,992 yards with 22 touchdowns. Watching his film it looks like he has the body and moves of a college player but he's only 15. His lateral quickness is pretty impressive. Cooley also has the ability to go get the ball at its highest point.
The 2013 All-State performer does not have elite receiver top-end speed but
it's more than adequate for the tight end position. He stands 6' 4", 240
pounds. Law of physics says he will most likely end up at tight end on the next
The 4-Star tight end also looks to engage in his blocks and plays very physical. He plays with good leverage and uses his lower body to push the defenders out of the way. There aren't too many weaknesses we can find.
The three Division-I programs in Mississippi have already offered with many more to come.
