OHSFCA North-South Classic Division IV-VII

The Ohio High School Football Coaches Association's annual North-South Classic will have future college stars on both sides of the field Saturday at Welcome Stadium in Dayton, Ohio. We look at the squads for the Division IV-VII game that will kickoff at 11:00 a.m. in the nation's longest running high school football all-star game.

The opening game of the OHSFCA North-South Classic will see several players fans will want to catch in what may be their last prep contest before heading off to college.

For the South Divisoin IV-VII squad head coach Brad Burchfield (Columbus Bishop Hartley) will look at Clinton-Massie running Bayle Wolf (Army) to lead an offense that also features running back and Youngstown State signee Jaylon Brown (St. Clairsville HS).

The pair will look to run behind future Ohio State offensive lineman Brady Taylor (Columbus Ready) and Ohio University signee Jared McCray (Minford HS).

On defense Nate Arnett (Lucasville Valley HS) will be joined by Pittsburgh signee Shane Roy (Reading HS) and Kent State signee Kalil Morris (Columbus Bishop Hartley HS) in looking to stop a solid North squad.

North head coach Andy Hake (Western Reserve) will look for Kent State running back signee Sam Kukura to power his offense behind Eastern Michigan offensive lineman Dakota Tallman (Elyria Catholic HS) along with a trio of future Mid American Conference wide receivers in Akron signee Blake Dennis (Rittman HS), Bowling Green signee Brandon Poncsak (Bryan) and Toledo signee Cody Thompson (Huron HS).

On defense the North has Marshall signee Ryan Bee and Virginia Tech signee Colt Pettit (Patrick Henry HS) to anchor the defensive line to help Buffalo linebacker Ishmael Hargrove (Gilmour Academy) and Bowling Green defensive back Trevahn Beery (Creston Norwayne HS).
