6-foot-5, 305-pound offensive lineman is the first commitment for WKU in the 2015 class…
Introducing: Cullen Reynolds
Offensive lineman Cullen Reynolds is one of the top line prospects in the western part of Kentucky. The Madisonville North Hopkins junior talked to Scout.com about his recruitment. Cullen Reynolds had a big junior season for the Madisonville Maroons this past season. The 6-foot-6, 295-pounder received several post season honors. "Last fall I was honorable mention all-state. I was first team big school in All-WKC and first team out of every school in WKC," Reynolds said. Reynolds had a solid year and has spent his time working on his skills to prepare for his junior year and the next level. "I think my footwork is my strength," Reynolds said. "What I've improved on this off-season is my lateral movement. And I've improved my strength by great measures." Reynolds hasn't been offered a scholarship at this point, but he's been on a couple of visits to state programs. "This winter and spring I made unofficial visits to Western Kentucky, Louisville and Kentucky. Hopefully Kentucky or Western Kentucky will pull the trigger (on an offer) soon," he continued. Reynolds plans to work in preparation for his initial offer. "I'm planning to attend as many camps and possible and keep training until I have many d-1 offers," he finished. Scout.com will keep you updated on Cullen Reynolds.
