Cobb, 6-foot-3, 195-pounds, was able to use his length to go over defensive backs, and caught everything throw his way.
"Last year, I played wide receiver, tight end, fullback and defensive end, but I think I'm a wideout at the next level," Cobb stated. "I have good strength running routes and I use my size to gain an advantage on defensive backs. I'm a bigger receiver, and I like using that to my advantage."
Even though he holds no offers at this time, Cobb showed the skills needed to play at the next level.
"I don't have any offers, but I'm talking to Purdue, Illinois and Louisville," he explained. "I visited Illinois earlier and I've also been to Purdue. These schools all need to see me in camp, so they can see me in action against great players."
"I need to go to every camp possible, to let people see me in person, because I'm not really that publicized," he added. "I have the grades and I have always done well in the classroom."
EVALUATION: Even though very raw as a wide receiver, Cobb has an impressive skill set. While not the fastest player at the Youngstown 7on7, Cobb used his body extremely well and was a tough cover for all the defensive backs.
