Ten Pac-12 offers have arrived in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex from Monday morning through mid-afternoon Thursday. More than two-thirds of those have come from UCLA.
UCLA offensive line coach/associate head coach Adrian Klemm has been making the rounds in the Metroplex. Here's a look at the seven players (and counting) UCLA has offered in DFW so far this week:
Clarence Henderson, 2016 OL, Dallas South Oak Cliff -- UCLA is the first school to offer the 6-foot-3, 250-pound Henderson, who picked up his Bruins offer Tuesday. Henderson is one of many South Oak Cliff prospects who will play football at the next level.
Dee Anderson, 2016 WR, West Mesquite -- the 6-foot-4, 170-pound Anderson has become popular lately. UCLA offered him Wednesday to give him his fourth offer.
Jared Mayden, 2016 CB, Sachse -- UCLA offered Mayden on Wednesday. The 6-foot, 190-pound cover man has gotten three new offers this week -- Wake Forest and Rice the others -- to give him a total of 18. Mayden is an early Scout.com four-star prospect.
Devin Duvernay, 2016 WR, Sachse -- Mayden's teammate Duvernay is also an early four-star recruit. UCLA and Ole Miss have offered Duvernay this week. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound Duvernay has a total of 15 offers.
Connor Williams, 2015 OG, Coppell -- Williams has become one of the more popular players in the Metroplex during the past couple of weeks. UCLA offered the 6-foot-5, 275-pounder Thursday to push his growing offer list to double digits.
DeAndre McNeal, 2015 WR/ATH, Mesquite Poteet -- McNeal was the seventh player UCLA offered in DFW between Monday and Thursday. A very versatile player who has been recruited at receiver, H-back, running back, linebacker, and safety, we believe McNeal's best fit at the next level is at the receiver spot. He has double-digit offers.
Additionally, UCLA offers previously reported for West Mesquite 2015 cornerback Josh Butler and Dallas Skyline 2015 safety Kylan Johnson have indeed been confirmed this week by their high school staffs.
The Ducks have offered Rowlett 2015 defensive end Charles Omenihu, who is committed to Texas, and Plano East 2015 linebacker Landis Durham. The Oregon State offer came Thursday for Mesquite Poteet 2015 receiver/athlete DeAndre McNeal.
With some time left in the week, don't be surprised of UCLA manages to issue more offers in the DFW Metroplex. Check back with Scout.com for the latest.
