Linebacker Lands First Offer
Clayton Glasco has seen recruiting interest take off in the past few months, and the 2015 linebacker from Pickerington Central is one to watch going forward. Glasco, 6-foot-1, 215-pounds, shows a physical style of football on film and he also proved he has the speed at a recent Raw Talent Sports Combine. Glasco recently picked up his first offer. "I was offered by Eastern Michigan and it was a blessing," Glasco stated. "I was very excited to hear that news and I'm thrilled to have it. They were at my school and checked out my size. Once they came to track practice and saw me run and throw, they decided to offer." "They offered about a week after seeing me in person," he added. "I was so happy and I called my mom to tell her, and she was just screaming into the phone. I'm interested in Eastern Michigan and I can't wait to get there for a visit." "I'm going to go up there soon and we are going to get that date set up," he continued. Several other schools have been in contact, so more offers could be headed his way. "I'm also hearing from Bowling Green and Toledo, so hopefully something happens there," Glasco explained. "Both of them have been to my school, and Michigan State is also supposed to be coming real soon. I have spoken to them, and they want me to come to camp."
