"I think maybe Idaho is the closest," said Gray. "I'll camp there and at Washington State."
Gray said most of his attention is coming as a receiver, but some like him as a safety.
"Schools don't really know yet, but it's been mostly at receiver," said Gray. "I play safety but I don't know right now what I'd play for sure. I like both. But defense is starting to get up in the ranks."
With four-star quarterback Jacob Eason on his team, Gray is eager to see what that brings him.
"Having him is going to help a lot, especially him being a top quarterback so that could bring a lot of schools," said Gray.
Academically, Gray has a 3.2 and achieved a qualifying score on the SAT.
