Things continue to move smoothly for Cincinnati (Ohio) Princeton wide receiver Elijah Ball.
With a growing offer list, Ball has seen two new programs jump in with offers over the past week.
"Both of my offers from Connecticut and Bowling Green were surprises to me and blessings out of nowhere," said Ball. "Last week was the first time I had spoken with UConn and I was able to talk a little bit at school with Coach (Kevin) Wolthausen.
"Then a couple of days later, we were able to talk and they offered me a scholarship.
"A few days later I spoke with Coach (Mike) Mickens of Bowling Green and within 24-hours, they offered me a scholarship."
One thing Ball knows up front is that distance may keep him from visiting unless he takes an official visit with the Huskies.
"Coach Wolthausen talked about a visit," he continued. "But since they are so far away I wouldn't be able to visit them unless it's an official visit. So right now all I can do is research the school and get to know the coaches to make sure I know everything about the school before I take an official visit up there."
As for a visit to Bowling Green, Ball is hopeful of spending some time with the staff next month.
"I have not visited there yet," he said. "In fact, the closest I've been to Bowling Green is when I'm driving by on my way to Toledo. However, they have a satellite camp down here in Cincinnati in June and I'm going to look at visiting them when they are here because my dad's schedule is starting to get tight."
Other schools keeping in contact include Ohio State, Wake Forest, Indiana and Louisville.
