Louisville, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Southern Miss, and Tennessee have offered Briston Guidry.

Alabama, Arkansas, California, LSU, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, and Texas among others are showing interest in the 6-foot-3, 277 pound rising-junior as well.

He finished a couple of SEC schools this spring and each showed him something to interest him.

"I went to the Arkansas and Mississippi State spring games and I had a good time at each school," said Moton.

"Everything was nice at Arkansas and they had the biggest weight room I have seen yet. It was a good visit over there.

"The coaching staff and the team chemistry stood out to me at Mississippi State. I like how the coaches are with the players there."

This summer, Moton hopes to visit LSU, Southern Miss, and Tennessee. Of course, like most prospects in the Pelican State, Moton wants an offer from the in-state Tigers.

"I have always liked LSU. It was my favorite school when I was growing up. I have always watched them and they are showing a lot of interest. An offer from LSU would be huge for me."

For now, four schools stand out to the defensive lineman out of Metairie (La.) Rummel. "Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and LSU are my top schools," said Moton.

Guidry is in no rush to make a decision. Recommended Stories
