The Prime Time Polynesian Kumite Challenge is one of the best linemen camps in the entire country. The players are put through a vigorous training session before competing against one another in various drills.
I thought the best offensive line prospect in attendance was 6'6 and 281 pound Clayton Johnston of Servite. Johnston played in the 250's as a junior, and he's put on some good weight while maintaining his quick feet.
Johnston has a good drop step and set, and he was able to absorb the bull rushers while using his hands to steer most of the speed rushers to around the quarterback.
Johnston is rated the highest 3-Star offensive tackle prospect in the state of California, and he quietly, but confidently showed on Sunday that he belongs in the conversation with any of the 4-Stars.
