East Ridge High's 2016 class now has three players in it with BCS offers as wide receiver Kjetil Cline (6-0, 192 pounds) joined teammates Seth Green and Jojo Garcia last week when Pittsburgh offered him a scholarship.
"I'm feeling really good," he said. "It's a little bit of pressure off, but I still want to work my best to get more and just be able to go anywhere I want."
Cline has not been to campus yet but says, "I plan to this season. I have talked to them a little bit, not as much as I've wanted to yet."
On Thursday, he attended the Sound Mind, Sound Body Football Academy in Michigan and had a chance to make contact with schools both new and old to his recruitment.
Cline will camp at Michigan State on Saturday and then Minnesota and possibly Oregon he says. He hopes these programs will see the all around improvement he has made this offseason.
"I've been working on staying level in and out of my cuts, being explosive and getting separation between me and the defensive back, get open and catch the ball."
