Breiden Fehoko is a powerful individual and projects as an ideal three-tech at the next level. He measured in at a rock solid 6-2.5, 290 pounds at The Opening and was an absolute load to deal with all week. He's not just strong, he can get off the ball, has violent hands and once he learns more technique, will be impossible to stop at the next level.
"This whole week was just a huge blessing for me," Fehoko said. "For me, my whole mindset coming in was just to learn and get better. I want to soak up all this great coaching and get better. I learned so much from the guys and the competition was incredible.
"The best part is going to be a few years down the line when were all in college. We can all look back at this experience with great memories. I've bonded with all the guys here, it's a special group and I'm just thrilled I had the opportunity to be a part of it."
On the recruiting front, Fehoko committed back in April to Texas Tech.
"I'm still as solid as ever," Fehoko said. "I'm an early grad too so my goal is to get in there for spring ball, make an early impression and get on the field next year. I thought about taking trips at one point but I'm not going to do that any more. I'm rock solid and don't want to waste time with that.
"I'm going to focus on my senior season and have the best year I can. Then it's off to the UA Game and I'm looking forward to that and then I'll get home and get ready to leave for school. It's going to be happen fast for me but I knew that, that's why I committed so early. It's a huge blessing, I'm so thankful for all of this and I'm just soaking it all in."
