Four remain for DE

Four schools remain in the discussion for defensive end Brandon Wilson.

Brandon Wilson is a three-star defensive end that is closing in on his decision, according to his coach Bob Head.

”He’s down to four schools – Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina and Mississippi State,” Head said. “He wants to commit right now. But he’s waiting to make sure it’s the right school. He may wait if he decides not to graduate early. If he were to leave at Christmas he may want to pull the trigger now.”

Wilson, 6-foot-4, 242-pounds, has had a fantastic spring. He’s a guy that’s really come into his own.

”He was 218-pounds when I got here and he’s had an awesome off-season,” Head said. “I could see him at three-technique. I could see him as a 4-3 defensive end. He can play inside and outside. This kid is just learning the game. Brandon is only in his third and fourth year of playing football. His upside is through the roof.”
