His most recent visit was to Tennessee.
”I went down there to their one-day camp,” said the 6-foot-2, 190-pound Holloway. “I enjoyed the camp and thought I did pretty well. (Wide receivers) coach (Zach) Azzanni said I’d have a chance to play as a freshman if I came there and worked hard.
”My favorite part of the camp was when we were running routes, they had camcorders recording everything we did. The coaches really stressed the importance of attention to detail as a receiver.”
While on campus, Holloway had a chance to speak to head coach Butch Jones.
”He told me to keep working hard and to start preparing for my junior season,” he said. “He also brought up the 40 time that I ran (4.26) and said that was very impressive.”
In regards to visits this fall, Holloway mentioned Virginia Tech, Old Dominion and Tennessee as possibilities.
