Culver City (Calif) WR Jaison Williams returned home from Ann Arbor a bit later than expected…
"I Thought About Committing"
"Walking out in to that stadium with 110,000 screaming fans was incredible," Williams said. "Honestly, it looked and felt like there was a million people there, I've never seen anything like it. The fan support was incredible and the passion they have for football there was like nothing I've ever seen. "I'll be honest, the thought of committing actually crossed my mind. That's how much I liked everything there. The players and coaches treated me great and it was great to talk with Coach English who has been recruiting me since the summer. They were straight up with me and didn't promise anything but just said they love big receivers at the school and if I work hard in the summer and fall and can learn the plays, I'll have a great chance to play as a true freshman which is something I really want to do. "If this wasn't my first trip, I would have seriously come close to committing but I know I have to take some of these other visits first to have something to compare Michigan too. I go to Oregon (Nov. 7) and Washington (Dec. 12). I was going to visit USC in January but I want to move that up now because I'm looking to make my decision sooner rather than later. I know they have some players visiting officially for the UCLA game (Nov. 22) so maybe I'll try and set that up as well."
