Illinois linebacker/fullback Brit Miller made the 4-hour trip north to Northwestern University…
LB/QB Brit Miller - Film Evaluation
Brit Miller, a 6-foot-1, 235-pound linebacker from Decatur (Ill.) Eisenhower is one of the top prospects in the Land of Lincoln. Miller had a strong showing at the Chicago MSL/TheInsiders Combine and we recently had the chance to check out some junior game film. It's not very often you see a player wearing #43 lining up under quarterback but that's what Brit Miller does. Eisenhower runs the option and Miller runs it extremely well and he shows very good athleticism for his size. Miller had 1,106 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns as a junior. Miller runs hard and he's tough to bring down at the point of contact. He didn't get caught from behind, he can take a hit and he also dishes out his fair share of punishment. Brit Miller won't play quarterback at the next level but he's a natural fullback that could also play tight end. On the defensive side of the football, Miller is an inside linebacker that uses his 4.7 speed to run sideline to sideline making plays. Miller is a hitter that doesn't stay blocked. He's good inside the box, he's a sure tackler that had 105 tackles, 73 solo's and 10 sacks in 2003. Brit Miller has been coached by Marv Dampeer since he was in the 3rd grade. Marv Dampeer is the father of former Insiders All-American and current Oklahoma defensive tackle Moe Dampeer.
