Jerome Hayes is a very good linebacker/ running back prospect from Bayonne (N.J.). He will be one of the top prospects in the Northeast region among the Class of 2005.

Hayes, 6-2 and 225 pounds, plays running back and linebacker for his high school team. He projects as a linebacker at the next level. Hayes is a very aggressive player with good speed, instincts and reacts to the ball very quickly. He is quick off the edge and a physical player. Offensively, he runs with a lot of power and is tough to bring down in the open field.
