Amazing Louisiana QB Ryan Perrilloux (6-2, 210, 4.65) says Texas (recruiting the hardest, already visited) has just a slight lead over LSU (recruiting the hardest, already visited), Florida St (already visited), Michigan, Georgia and USC. All have offered the youngster from Reserve East St John.
"At Texas, the coaches and people have their wives and kids around. It's a real family atmosphere all the time and it's comfortable. They have just a very small edge," said Perrilloux.
"I like the LSU offensive system and their coaches. They're cool, they're young, and they teach offense the way it's supposed to be played.
"The facilities at Florida State are really good and they have a young staff.
"It doesn't matter to me if a school is going to sign two QBs, or if they already have a QB who is committed. I think Texas already has a QB who is committed (Colt McCoy) and I know USC just committed QB Mark Sanchez. That doesn't affect me. If I have to sign up with another frosh QB, I'll just have to beat him out."
Ryan in currently in Mission Viejo, Ca, where he is attending the Elite 11 camp.
