Linebacker Phillip Dillard is one of the top prospects from the state of Oklahoma and he's headed to Lincoln. Check out his video highlights.

Phillip Dillard is one of the top linebackers from the Midlands region. Dillard, from Jenks, Oklahoma, has committed to play for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Over the past two seasons Dillard has racked up 197 tackles. Dillard, 6-2 and 240 pounds, is an active linebacker that makes plays all over the field, showing excellent speed, quickness and strength.
