Kaluka Maiava is a very good linebacker prospect from Baldwin High School in Hawaii. He runs well, is very aggressive and has solid fundamentals. Check out his video highlights.

A very impressive player from the Hawaiian Islands is Kaluka Maiava from Wailuku Baldwin High School. Maiava, 6-0 and 215 pounds, recorded 104 tackles and eight sacks as a junior.

Below is a link to footage from his senior season. Maiava is an active linebacker that runs wells. He’s physical, aggressive and nasty. Maiava takes on and defeats blocks well, is strong at the point of attack and shows good fundamentals.
