Edmond (Okla.) Sante Fe safety Reggie Smith, 6-1 and 192-pounds, still lists his top three as Oklahoma, Nebraska, and USC. Penn State is in the mix, but has some work to do to catch his three leaders. The five-star standout has noticed the additions of fellow five-star prospects Justin King and Derrick Williams.

“They seem to be recruiting the right kind of people to turn that program around out there,” Smith said.

Smith will likely decide next week which school will get the last official trip.

“I should have an idea by late next week,” Smith said.
