Chris Pool,

The state of Wisconsin has a few of the biggest offensive line prospects in the Midwest. One of those prospects is Mitch Lederman, a 6-foot-7, 320-pound, road-grader from Brodhead. Lederman is starting to take some unofficial visits and he’s going to be very active this summer on the camp circuit.

“I’m getting hand-written letters from Northwestern, Wisconsin, Ball State and Northern Illinois,” Mitch Lederman said.

“Those schools are my favorites along with Illinois State right now. I’m going to camp this summer at Northern Illinois and Northwestern for a day. My team is going to camp at UW-Whitewater this summer.

Lederman has been on the varsity since his sophomore year and started on both sides of the ball as a junior. He was named all-area and all-conference in 2004.

Lederman also letters in track and basketball. He carries a 3.8 GPA in the classroom and scored 19 on his ACT.

Lederman is a powerful offensive tackle that uses his immense size to engulf defensive lineman. Mitch is agile for his size and he finishes his blocks.
