Marques Wilkins, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound, wide receiver, from Decatur (Ill.) MacArthur has given Illinois his verbal commitment. Wilkins, a four-star recruit and #27 prospect overall in the Midwest, according to Scout.com, shows on film that he’ll be well worth the price of admission in Champaign.
