At 6-foot-8 and 385-pound, Eric Spiekerman just may be the biggest prospect in America. The senior-to-be from West Bend (Wis.) East has been starting on the varsity since his freshman year. Which schools have offered? Does Eric have a leader? We’ve got the answers right here.

“I’m still waiting for my first scholarship offer.” Eric Spiekerman said.

Tennessee, Wisconsin, Illinois and Nebraska are the “Big 4” schools that I like. I’m also looking at Michigan State and Notre Dame.”

Spiekerman camped at Illinois, Nebraska, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Eric told Scout.com that he doesn’t have any other plans for July.

“I might go back to down to Illinois on July 24th but I’m not 100% sure on that yet. I’m pretty much done with camps.

What will Spiekerman have to do to earn a scholarship offer?

“I’m a good run blocker but what I need to work on is my speed and pass blocking.” Spiekerman explained.

“My 40-yard time is anywhere from 5.9-6.2 seconds depending on the day and the track. I have a feeling that there are a lot of schools that are going to watch senior tape of me and then make a decision if I’m an offer or not.”

Spiekerman plays defensive tackle during goal line situations. He was named all-conference and all-region as a junior.
