Chris Wells making a move to the top spot in the Scout.com National 100 is not the only shakeup in the rankings. The Scout.com five regions show two new number one prospects.

From the East region, Percy Harvin jumped over former number one Myron Rolle and wide reciver Vidal Hazelton to take over the top spot thanks to a big year on the field.

In the West, Stafon Johnson moves up from the number four spot and assumes the role left by Steve Schilling, who moves down to the number two spot. In the Southwest, big Ian Symonette maintains his number one spot as well.

Chris Wells and Andre Smith, the top two prospects in the nation, assume their continued roles at the top players in the Midwest and South regions, respectively.
