As far as athletes are concerned, you could put Ohio’s Devon Torrence up there with the best of the best in the Midwest. The 6-foot, 195-pounder, from South high in Canton, could be one of the best two-way prospects in the region. Torrence is also one of the best baseball prospects in the nation.
